REVIEWS
“Hugo’s gentle personality graced our home today to clean a favorite rug of ours. His professionalism showed at the start with arriving on time and being prepared for the job and as well, the result of his efforts gave a new life back to our rug. There was no mess to clean up as Hugo took great care in keeping our home the way he found it. I greatly appreciate the fact that he uses natural solutions and products to do the job as well as being mindful of our environment. Would I have him back? Absolutely and I intend to pass his name along to friends and family. Much thanks Hugo!”
“I have a very expensive basement carpet and area rug that needed some upkeep and TLC. Hugo did an excellent job of cleaning both carpets, removing pet stains and making it look fresh and new. Will definitely have Chinook Chem-Dry come out again!”
“Chinook Chem-Dry is worth every penny. We had our shag rug and carpet stairs cleaned today and Hugo was able to remove all stains that other hired carpet cleaners were unable to remove. Excellent customer service as well. Thanks for your efforts Hugo. Signed, a very satisfied customer.”
“Hugo and his team did such an amazing job, from my call to them this morning right until he left my house! I woke up to dog poop all over my rug. They were out to my place within 3 hours. I am so happy with how the rug turned out. Smell and stains are all gone! I asked if Hugo could clean two other rugs while we was here and he was happy to. One was on hard wood floor so I was nervous that it might leave water stains, but he assured me that they use little water to clean and he was right! I wish I could post pictures to show the before and afters. I highly recommend them for your carpet and rug cleaning needs!!!”
Our dog also hopped on the couch before the drying process was done, and left some nice dirty dog prints on the fabric. I called the next morning and Hugo (the owner) came within the hour to fix up. Thanks!”

General Questions
Does Chinook Chem-Dry offer coupons, specials or promo codes for carpet cleaning?
Yes, at Chinook Chem-Dry we do occasionally offer coupons and special promotions to give our customers a great deal. You can find our current coupons on the Coupons page. Do Chem-Dry products have nasty chemicals or harsh soaps?
They do not! All of the ingredients in Chem-Dry’s primary cleaner, The Natural®, are found in nature itself. Like the name states, The Natural® doesn’t contain any harsh soaps or chemicals making it tough on grime, but gentle on your carpet’s actual material.
Is Chinook Chem-Dry a steam cleaning service?
Chinook Chem-Dry is NOT a steam cleaner. We use carbonation to lift up dirt and grime from your carpets so we do not need to use the gallons of water that typical steam cleaners use. See how Chem-Dry compares to steam cleaning.
