According to the national fire protection association (NFPA), malfunctioning or poorly maintained clothes dryers and washing machines are one of the leading causes of home fires.

Gas dryers with vents that are blocked, obstructed, or not properly maintained can cause carbon monoxide to build up in the home.

Blocked or obstructed vent can’t remove moisture as designed, causing moisture to be released into the home and possibly resulting in mold growth.

Chinook Chem-Dry’s Dryer Vent Cleaning in Calgary process provides many benefits including:

  • Improved Home & Family Safety – reduced risk of fire, mold growth and carbon monoxide build-up
  • Cost Savings – improved efficiency means lower energy costs and fewer repairs or replacements
  • Time Savings – your clothes won’t take as long to dry with clean vents
  • Longer Clothing Life – shorter drying times mean less wear and damage to clothes per drying cycle

On short notice, I was able to book an appointment to clean out my dryer vent. Hugo called before arriving. When he arrived he explained what he was going to do. The process took about half an hour. When completed Hugo showed me what he had done. He was very professional. He cleaned up and hooked everything up. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Hugo did an amazing job. We are very happy with the service he provided. We called expecting to have the service done within the week, and he came the very same day! He explained everything about the procedure and was very efficient in completing the work. The service was provided around the holiday season and it was a nice touch to receive a card at Christmas time. We would definitely hire Chinook Chem-Dry again and will recommend the service to others.
