The 6 Step P.U.R.T.® Process
- We will perform an inspection to make sure we know the full extent of the urine damage.
- If the urine damaged your carpet severely, we’ll need to pull back the carpet to inspect the pad.*
- Our team will replace the pad if it is damaged beyond repair.*
- In order to start eliminating the smells, we’ll apply a special odor-blocking shellac (if it is necessary).*
- The P.U.R.T.® solutions are then applied at this point to your tack strip, sub floor, baseboards, and carpet backing. It is necessary to apply this product heavily enough to dampen all areas affected by the urine.*
- From there, P.U.R.T.® will spend the next 24-36 hours reacting with the urine, and breaking down the odour causing components.
