- Through a blacklight inspection, we determine the severity of the damage to know exactly what we need to do.
- If it’s severe enough, we’ll pull back the carpet to inspect the pad.*
- If the pad is totally soaked, we will have to remove and replace it.*
- We then apply special odor-blocking shellac (if it is necessary).*
- Next, the P.U.R.T.® solutions are applied to your tack strip, sub floor, baseboards, and carpet backing. It is necessary to apply this product heavily enough to dampen all areas affected by the urine.*
- From there, P.U.R.T.® will spend the next 24-36 hours reacting with the urine, and breaking down the odour causing components.
